All LayAways, Clearance & Special Sale/Deals Are Final, No Return, No Exchange! 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are final and non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, you will be charged the cost of return shipping.

Items Are Only Exchanged for a Bigger or Smaller Size (in Brand's Advertised Sizes Only) and in Same Style and Brand Only!

If Item is sold out, Exchange is allowed on a Different Style and Must Be in Same Brand only.

For hygiene Reasons, Hats and Fascinators cannot be Returned.   

To do an Exchange, you must request a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 2 days of receipt of your package. And We must receive your Return within 7 days Of Return Authorization Issue. 

All Returns must include the original tags, hangers, packages – and must be in new, unworn and in a smell free condition. Or it will be Returned back to Sender. 

All  Exchange/Refunds/Cancellations Are Subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. 

All Sales are Final! Absolutely No Cash Refunds On Purchases, Store Credit Only!
