All Lay Away, Clearance & Special Sale/Deals Are Final, No Return, No Exchange! 

Shipping costs are final and non-refundable. 

We do not Pay for shipping Returns.

For hygiene Reasons, Hats and Fascinators cannot be Returned.   

To do an Exchange, you must request a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 2 days of receipt of your package. And We must receive your Return within 7 days Of Return Authorization Issue. 

All Returns must include the original tags, hangers, packages – and must be in new, unworn and in a smell free condition. Or it will be Returned back to Sender. 

All  Exchange/Refunds/Cancellations Are Subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. 

All International Orders Are Final! No Refunds, No Exchanges!

For hard copy of your invoice, please print out the order confirmation email you received. Warehouse ships Orders without invoices.
